By creating an account or using PixelPrototypes (PixelPrototypes.com), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
PixelPrototypes lets you upload screen images, link them with hotspots, collect comments and share prototypes. The service is currently free. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the screens, comments and other content you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display it only to operate the service for you and the people you share it with. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
5. Acceptable use
You must not upload illegal, infringing or harmful content, attempt to break or overload the service, access others' data without permission, or use the service to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Sharing
Share links give anyone with the link (and password, if set) access to that prototype. You are responsible for who you share links with.
7. AI features
AI summaries are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important files.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PixelPrototypes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the EU. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
